- Is the navigation (buttons) located in the same place on each page of your site?

- Do the pages fit in a browser window or do you have to scroll?
- Does your site have a site map or index?
- Is there a search feature on your site?
- Are the labeling of links and buttons clear?
D- Content
- Is the content well-written and free of errors?
- Is the content easy to understand?
- Is there too much content or not enough?
- Does your site offer an easy way to edit/modify content?
- Does your site provide an easy way to make changes?
- Are the key messages immediately evident?
- Does your site offer search engine friendly HTML titles, key words and descriptions?
E- Interactivity
- Do all components of your site (links, scripts, interactive forms, etc.) function well?
- Does your site collect any user information such as e-mail addresses? Why?
- What functionality does your competition have that you would like to be added to your site?
- Does your site have a privacy policy?
