"This is a great resource for the community to go to learn about the Homeless Collaborative and the 10-year plan to eliminate homelessness here in Kern County," said Jan Lemucchi, United Way of Kern County's director of communications and marketing.

Mayor Harvey Hall personally paid for the project and local web development company IES Inc. built the site, Lemucchi said.
